“Seek first to understand, then to be understood” is one of Stephen Covey’s seven habits of effective people and it is at the core of our approach. It’s only through gathering a full understanding of your (or your business’s) current wealth, income, expenditure and goals that we can provide you with the advice that our clients have come to rely on over many years.
In an age of call centres, anonymity and unaccountability, we pride ourselves on taking a personal interest in our clients. We aim to give a courteous and efficient service, talking your language and avoiding needless jargon.
We’re big enough to provide a comprehensive and tailored service to wealthy individuals, those acquiring wealth, trusts and small to medium sized businesses, while being small enough to have a close-knit team that puts service to you as our first priority.
Our six financial planners are supported by four assistant financial advisers (“paraplanners”) and a further team of eight administrators. This ratio of support staff to advisers are among the highest of our peer group, emphasising the importance we place on service. And the qualifications attained by our financial planners are among the highest in the industry too. For more about who we are, please Click here to Meet the Team.
