One of our cornerstone beliefs is that while core financial planning principles can apply to most clients, there is an ever-increasing need for specialist advice. The firm has therefore adopted a process of encouraging individual advisers to specialise in specific areas so that the firm can provide a comprehensive service for all our clients.

Our practice approach of specialising in certain areas brings similarities with how solicitor practices operate. Fraser Heath has recently undertaken a series of seminars for probate solicitors related to our innovative Inheritance Tax solution, Equilibrium. The firm also has one of the first financial planners to be accredited by Resolution as a Divorce Specialist.

The firm has over 3,000 clients although the range of services provided to these clients varies depending on the needs of the client. While every client receives our twice yearly newsletter and our monthly Investment Meeting minutes if requested, each financial planner has an average of around 200 clients who enjoy a personalised and dedicated support with regular portfolio reviews.

Our advisers are backed up by a strong support team including three assistant independent financial advisers ("paraplanners"), a compliance manager and a large team of administrators.

We advocate a transparent method of payment for services where clients understand how our costs are met. We have clients who pay for our services on a time-costed basis, on a per project basis and through an agreed percentage of funds managed.
